Denim, twill and canvas from Pakistani mills, and knit fabrics for T-shirts, hoodies and polo shirts, are checked for shade, weight and width before they reach the cutting table.

Every PK Apparel order, from jeans to T-shirts, hoodies and polo shirts, is cut, stitched, finished, checked and packed in our own factory on Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Denim is washed in our own laundry. That is how we keep quality consistent and delivery dates realistic.

Step 02 of 06
Cutting
Markers are planned for each size ratio to keep waste low. Cut panels are bundled by size and shade so every pair matches.
Step 03 of 06
Stitching
Dedicated lines for jeans, jackets, shorts, cargo and chino pants, with bar-tacks, rivets and buttons fitted in-house. T-shirts, hoodies and polo shirts are sewn in-house too.

Washing & finishing
Our own laundry washes and finishes every denim lot in-house, and each shade is checked against the approved standard.
Step 05 of 06
Quality control
Measurements, stitching, buttonholes, rivets, metal buttons and snaps are checked piece by piece. Faulty pieces are repaired and inspected again.
Step 06 of 06
Packing & dispatch
Garments are folded, tagged and packed to your size ratio, with your polybags and carton marks, ready for air or sea freight.
