    Fabric inspection

    Shade, weight, width and visible defects are checked before cutting.

    Cutting check

    Panels are checked against the pattern and bundled by size and shade.

  3. 03

    Inline inspection

    Stitching quality is checked on the line, while garments are being sewn.

  4. 04

    Wash approval

    Every wash lot is compared with the approved standard for shade and finish.

  5. 05

    Measurements

    Key measurements are checked against the size chart for every size.

  6. 06

    Trims

    Stitching, buttonholes, rivets, metal buttons and snaps are checked for strength and rust.

  7. 07

    Final inspection

    Faulty pieces are repaired and inspected again before anything is packed.
